Every quarter, we deliver dividends
derived from profits from our property holdings, ranging from 4% to 10% over the 5 year asset hold.

Large Exit Multiples

After the 5th year, and depending on market conditions, we look to sell the property and deliver a targeted equity multiple of 2.1 times your original investment.

We are researching hot markets throughout the United States, balancing short-term cash flow based dividends and long term asset appreciation.

With civil engineering and finance backgrounds, Peak has developed a best-of-breed process that reduces risk and optimizes investment returns. This is accomplished through smart renovation value adds, optimized debt structures and uncompromising asset due diligence.

Our Process

Research

We use a combination of data mining, in-person interviews and quantitative analysis to determine the best markets and locations within those markets.

Improve

After acquiring the target property, we look to improve the asset by unit renovations, landscaping and additional amenities.

Sale of Asset

After optimizing profits by improving the asset, we typically hold for five to six years, selling to achieve significant profits for our investors.
